Competition T&C’s

• The promoter is: Rylex Flooring whose registered office is at 17/3 Box Road, Caringbah NSW 2229
• The competition is open to residents of the Sutherland Shire & St George areas of Sydney, Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Rylex Flooring and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Promotion starts at 12:00pm on 02/09/019. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm on 30/09/2019. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prize is as follows: $3000.00 worth of supplied and installed carpet from Godfrey Hirst or Feltex (including Eco+, Hycraft, Redbook and Redbook Green). This includes the take up and removal of existing carpet and underlay. Prize does not include moving furniture or any floor preparation. Offer valid until the 31/03/2020. Prize can be redeemed on weekdays and Saturdays only (excluding public holidays and Christmas period). Prize is equivalent to approximately 60m2.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value as agreed between both parties.
• The winner be drawn electronically at random via random.org by midday 01/10/2019 at Rylex Flooring, 17/3 Box Road, Caringbah NSW 2229
• The winner will be notified by private message on Facebook and announced via post on the Rylex Flooring Facebook page within 24 hours of competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The Promoter will advise the winner on how to collect the prize.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
• Prize is valid for home owners or must be approved by the home owner (with signed consent from the home owner or Property Manager of the dwelling). Rylex Flooring takes no responsibility for ‘change of mind’ after carpet is installed.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
