Established in 2009 to service the Sutherland Shire, St George and Greater Sydney market, Rylex Flooring quickly grew to become a leader in the supply and installation of commercial carpets and vinyls specialising in floor preparation in an everchanging and demanding commercial environment where clear communication, an ability to meet tight deadlines and budget management are expected.
As the business grew, we incorporated timber and concrete polishing into our portfolio of services to ensure we could provide our builders and clients an all-round service allowing us to work on specialised projects that required the co-ordination of multiple flooring and project management specialists to deliver a solution driven service.
Very few projects go according to plan, there are more often than not decisions that need to made to meet the end design intent that involve product application and dealing with unknown sub floor preparation. With years of experience amongst our staff, we pride ourselves on finding solutions that do not alter the design intent and in all instances meet Australian Standards.
Our work portfolio represents our expertise in projects that range from private residences, office make goods and refits, shop fit-outs, apartment complexes through to international hotels and some of the country’s most prestigious and iconic sites, where our floors have been walked on by millions and continue to stand the test of time.

Working with our contract administrators coupled with our project management team enables us to successfully deliver projects on time whilst guaranteeing the highest quality of work.
With relationships with the world’s biggest suppliers we can offer alternatives for any project and work closely with designers, clubs and hotels in the design and manufacturer of custom carpets that sets them apart from the rest creating individual atmospheres for clubs visited by and enjoyed by everyone in your local community. Meeting tight deadlines, you might be surprised how much product is air freighted into the country to meet openings.

All our work is guaranteed, and we provide a full 12-month installation warranty on our workmanship. Should the need ever arise, we pride ourselves on being available to attend site to rectify any matters of concern.
In 2019, after many successful years of doing commercial flooring, Rylex Flooring opened up a brand new Domestic Showroom in there Sutherland Shire office in Caringbah so that the general public could explore a wide range of carpets, vinyl and engineered timbers for there homes.
